Urbanrise has announced the launch of its new project at Sholinganallur, Chennai - Whispers of Sky which has been pre-certified GOLD by IGBC (Indian Green Building Council). The announcement, made on 27 February 2026, underscores the developer's commitment to sustainability ahead of construction.

Project Scope and Design
