Full RERA Approval Across Project Phases
Urbanrise Spring Tide at Mahindra World City, Chennai has secured three separate Tamil Nadu RERA registrations: TN/35/Building/0057/2025 (13 February 2025), TN/35/Building/0158/2025 (29 April 2025), and TN/35/Building/0216/2025 (18 June 2025). The phased registrations confirm regulatory approval of the project's distinct development blocks, ensuring full compliance with Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority standards across all phases.
These registrations represent a procedural achievement for the developer in navigating the mandatory disclosure and approval framework that governs residential projects in the state. Tamil Nadu RERA's primary role is to protect homebuyers, ensure developers stick to their promises, and regulate the real estate market.
