A new name for the Gattahalli apartment community

URBANRISE GATTAHALLI is now named URBANRISE THE LIVING WAVE, the residential project developed by Urbanrise Developers in Gattahalli village, south-east Bengaluru. The change concerns the name alone. The development, its site and its page on this website remain as they were.

The project is now marketed as URBANRISE THE LIVING WAVE, an EI+ (Environmentally Intelligent) community of 3 and 4 BHK apartments spread across a 4.20-acre site off Sarjapur Road. Its promoter of record is Alliance Grandeur Homes Private Limited, which markets the project under the Urbanrise brand.

Homes, sizes and pricing

The community offers only apartments, 222 in total, in three configurations. Each layout includes a balcony. The 3 BHK homes with two toilets range from 1,500 to 1,520 sq ft, the 3 BHK homes with three toilets range from 1,700 to 1,750 sq ft, and the 4 BHK homes with three toilets range from 1,980 to 2,000 sq ft.

  • 3 BHK with 2 toilets, 1,500 to 1,520 sq ft: expression of interest prices of ₹1.67 Cr to ₹1.68 Cr
  • 3 BHK with 3 toilets, 1,700 to 1,750 sq ft: expression of interest prices of ₹1.88 Cr to ₹1.94 Cr
  • 4 BHK with 3 toilets, 1,980 to 2,000 sq ft: expression of interest prices of ₹2.20 Cr to ₹2.21 Cr

The expression of interest pricing applies to the first 50 bookings. Floor rise charges, preferential location charges, GST, handover charges and registration fees are excluded from these figures. Buyers can register their interest to receive the full expression of interest details and payment plan.

The community is planned around two clubhouses, one for recreation and one for sport and wellness. Shared facilities include a swimming pool and pool deck, a multipurpose sports court, a children's play area, a gym, a yoga space, co-working spaces and a reading lounge. A wellness centre of about 1,500 sq ft sits alongside a steam room, and a rooftop Sky Lounge completes the landscape, which includes gardens, a Nature Immersion Garden and a Mirror Pool.

The environmental design is central to the project. The towers are planned with solar panels on half of the rooftops and wind turbines on every tower. Rainwater is harvested, treated sewage water is reused through a white water system, and indoor and outdoor air purifiers are provided. Low-flow fixtures are expected to cut fresh water use by about 35 percent, and regenerative lifts convert excess heat into energy. Electric vehicle charging is available for up to half of the car parks, with bicycle parking, a community greenhouse, a creche and pet care facilities also planned.

Location and connectivity

The site lies in Gattahalli, Sarjapur Hobli, Anekal Taluk, off Sarjapur Road near the Wipro office and beside Adarsh Garden Estate. Kudlu Gate on the Yellow Line of the Namma Metro is about 4.8 km from central Sarjapur Road, and the corridor is also served by the planned Sarjapur to Hebbal Phase 3A line, a 37 km route with 28 stations. The Sarjapur Road tech parks and Electronic City Phase 2 are each about 5 km away, and HSR Layout is about 7 km. The site sits within the triangle formed by HSR Layout, Electronic City and the Sarjapur Road tech parks. Road access is provided by Sarjapur-Whitefield-Hoskote Road and the Outer Ring Road.

Nearby schools include ORCHIDS The International School, about 1 km away, and Edenbridge International School, about 1.55 km away by road.

The developer behind the project

Urbanrise is the residential brand of Alliance Group, and the project is promoted by Alliance Grandeur Homes Private Limited. Urbanrise also operates in Chennai and Hyderabad, and the Gattahalli project extends the brand's presence in Bengaluru with a community built around its EI+ framework.

What comes next

The project is at the pre-launch stage. Expression of interest is open for the first 50 bookings, and the environmental application was filed on 7 July 2026 and is under verification. Construction has not yet started. Possession is indicated from December 2030 onwards, on a tentative basis.

For buyers, the change of name does not alter the project itself. URBANRISE THE LIVING WAVE is the same development at the same Gattahalli location, and the project page on this website carries the same details under the new name.
